Paragliding South Africa
South Africa with its mountains, coastline and wide open spaces is a paradise for paragliders and delta pilots.
Go to meet nature and be able to fly over it, an adventure full of beauty, astonishment and encounters, with grandiose landscapes that will make you want to explore them through the air.
The preserved natural areas in which you will evolve throughout your stay are wonderful places to perfect your technique and long flights of which you will keep the benefits for a long time!
The record hunters meet up for the flight season from October to March with flights of over 500km possible.
But for the lambda pilot, it's also a way to discover South Africa off the beaten path and in very safe conditions.
I propose several itineraries for experienced and autonomous pilots. You fly with your equipment.
I take advantage of my experience in the field to take you to the right sites when the weather is the most conducive for beautiful flights.
We go in small groups of 5 to 8 people. on board a minibus and the equipment is in a closed trailer.
In addition, you will benefit from individualized advice to your possible problems thanks to the presence of a qualified and experienced instructor with more than 15 years of flight on these sites. Finally, you can take advantage of the group to learn and share among you flight techniques and tactics put in place by everyone.
Only one goes fast, but as a group we are going far I am here for recovery, no extra for those who have gone far, just a drink for less fortunate friends and there is good wine and good beer in South Africa ;)
Homestay accommodation for a meeting with South Africans who always receive us with smiles and kindness. Shared room to two max.
Evening meals and breakfast are prepared by our hosts or we go to the restaurant, lunch is not included in the rate because often it's flying time.
