Hello, I'm Eric Gentelet, travel and photo safari organizer.

I founded Wildtours out of my love for Southern Africa, a true wilderness paradise still little-known by the general public. I have extensive experience of this region, having spent over 20 years as a paragliding instructor. Wildtours is a hand-crafted company: my trips are carefully designed and can be adapted to your needs.

I'm passionate about three activities that I combine professionally without moderation, with a deep attachment to nature and freedom

- Mountain leader in the Alps, and for the past 20 years, on the volcanoes and Cirques of Reunion Island, Madagascar, Cederberg and Drakensberg in South Africa

- Paragliding instructor from 1992 to 1996 in Hte Savoie, technical director of Azurtech Parapente from 1996 to 2016 on Reunion Island

- As a nature photographer, I love to capture moods and light, and to show the astonishing richness, vitality and diversity of life.

The trips I propose are a combination of my passions. The aim is to immerse you in sumptuous wild landscapes, and to help you discover new sensations, nature in all its splendor, but also your own nature. Get ready for an emotional adventure in a magnificent setting! Immerse yourself in a wild territory, in harmony with nature and its inhabitants, respecting their culture and safety. I guarantee a total escape from your daily routine! An unforgettable experience that will take you out of your comfort zone! We cook meals together, using local produce. As all my "adventure tours" allow access to remote areas in total autonomy, they require team spirit, a willingness to participate in collective tasks and an ability to adapt to the unexpected inherent in this type of trip.

I try to adapt to all tastes, from camping to luxury lodges, from escapades to long-distance trips, for independent travelers as well as those who like to take care of nothing.
